Pricing:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct, sometimes pricing and services may change.

Services–Refunds & Redos:
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within two weeks of the original visit. Please call as soon possible to reschedule.

Product Returns & Exchanges:
We will exchange any hair care product within two weeks of purchase. Any makeup, brushes, and skincare may be returned within two weeks only if unused and in new condition.

Boutique Items:
All Boutique sales (jewelry, books, glasses, fragrance, décor, etc) are final sales.

Gift Cards:
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Salon Visage cards may be transferred to another Salon Visage recipient. Card must be presented for redemption. Please be aware that gift cards purchased for Salon Visage may only be redeemed at Salon Visage. Unfortunately, Spa Visage, which is under different ownership, does not accept gift cards from Salon Visage. Nor are we able to accept Spa Visage gift cards.

Cancellation policy:

A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is requested for any cancellation of services.
A credit card will be required to hold reservations due to excessive no-shows or frequent rescheduling and cancelling of reservations.

Salon Etiquette:

At Salon Visage, we adore children, but the safety of your family and the relaxation of all our guests remain our top priorities. Because our salon environment includes hot tools, sharp shears, and potentially hazardous chemicals, children are not permitted on the service floor while you are receiving your treatment.

To maintain a safe and tranquil retreat for everyone, any children visiting the salon must be accompanied and supervised by a dedicated adult who is not receiving a service. Additionally, to ensure a pristine and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, we kindly ask that pets remain at home. Recognized service animals are, of course, always welcome. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Health, Safety, and Liability:

At Salon Visage, the health and integrity of your hair are our highest priorities. To ensure the safest experience and the most beautiful results, we require all guests to fully disclose any known allergies, current medications, and their complete chemical service history prior to receiving a treatment. Certain medications and past chemical processes can interact unpredictably with professional salon products, potentially affecting both your comfort and the final outcome.

Because we are deeply committed to protecting the strength and vitality of your hair, our stylists reserve the right to respectfully decline or modify a requested chemical service if your hair is deemed too fragile or damaged to safely undergo the process. Should this occur, your stylist will gladly work with you to develop a restorative care plan and explore safe, alternative paths to help you achieve your hair goals.
