I much needed an intense, deep tissue massage so I called early on Saturday morning and was able to get one with KayKay. She is amazing!!!! I am on a computer at work every day usually about 10 hours. My shoulders and neck get so tight and I was having some numbness in my hands for the tight muscles. I had a one hour massage that was great. I feel so much better. I had not had a massage at SV since about April and, Oh, how I needed one ever so badly. I have made another appointment for two weeks and I will be back. My side shoulder still needs lots of work to get it loosened up. I also had an impromtu express pedicure with Jamie, a new nail tech. We laughed and cut up and she made my toenails look so pretty in the new OPI Unfor-gettably Blue. So today at work I look better and feel better. Also, Justin at the front desk is always delightfully nice. I will be back soon and I will continue to come again and get back on schedule. I have missed each of you very much!
